Return Policy

At Claire & Marie Vancouver, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.


1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns can only be requested after the product has been physically delivered
  • All return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, or handling charges
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging
  • Trying on items is allowed, but items must not be worn or used beyond fitting purposes
  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@claire-marie.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Our team will provide you with the return address of our international supplier
  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs or shipping fees
  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


3. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Please note that we reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned product does not meet our return conditions.


4. Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages when tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer
  • If an incorrect shipping address is provided, this is the customer’s responsibility
  • Any errors in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order

5. Important Notes

As we work with international fulfillment partners, return shipments may be sent to a location outside your country. This ensures we can keep our prices competitive and offer a wide range of products.
